How can you offer an unlimited bookkeeping package?
It’s how we operate. We have specific industry knowledge that generates efficiency for our clients . Our founders have deep experience in building systemized operations that allow us to maintain quality while lowering prices.
How can you be so affordable?
Volume and focusing on specific niche industries allow us to keep our fees affordable.
Where are you located?
We have offices in Englewood Florida and Cincinnati Ohio. We work in all 50 states and US territories around the world.
I’m a startup, am I too small?
Actually, the startup phase of your business is the best time to establish a solid financial foundation. Having solid bookkeeping is extremely important at this stage. We specialize in helping startups and solopreneurs by getting their finances right from the start.
Will you need/have access to my bank account and credit card information?
During the initial setup meeting, we will need to have you work with us to connect your bank and credit card accounts to our software tools. These software tools download bank and credit card activity, but are not capable of generating transactions.
Can’t I just do this myself?
Absolutely you can, but is that why you got into business? By allowing our team of bookkeeping professionals maintain your records, you can focus on growing your business and have the knowledge that your bookkeeping is done to accounting industry standards. We focus on doing what we do best so you can focus on what you do best.
I already have an accountant/CPA why do I need you?
Simply put, we cost less. Traditional CPA firms bill by the hour and charge significant hours for monthly bookkeeping and reconciliation. Our fixed fee services are affordable and more timely than your typical CPA firm. We also save you money at year end by having a complete reporting package for your CPA or tax provider
Is there a contract involved with your services?

We require an engagement letter that spells out the nature of the engagement. All we ask is a 30 day notice to terminate the engagement.

What states do you work in/with?

We work in all 50 states and US Territories across the world.

What kind of security do you have?

Security is our top priority. With years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and merchant payments we understand the importance of security and how to provide the best security possible.

From a technology standpoint, all our services use properly hosted and encrypted platforms.

Our employees can only access data within your bank account, we do not have transactional ability within your account.

Are all of your bookkeepers, accountants?

Yes. We employ a team of degreed accounting professionals.

What does your year end tax report package include?
The tax package includes a Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and 1099 Spend by Vendor Report. We have designed this to provide to your CPA or tax professional, saving them and you both time and money.
